Terms of use
These terms are between you and Innovate Audit Africa (Pty) Ltd ("we") and cover the ThreeTimeSlots add-in for Microsoft Outlook. By installing or using ThreeTimeSlots, you agree to them.
Free trial and licence
- You can use ThreeTimeSlots free for 10 inserts.
- After that, a one-time payment of US$5 (plus any tax shown at checkout) gives one person a permanent licence to use ThreeTimeSlots in their own mailbox, including future updates while we offer the product. It is not a subscription.
- A licence key may be activated on a limited number of mailboxes, as shown at checkout. Don't share or resell keys.
Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record, and its terms also apply to your purchase. If ThreeTimeSlots isn't right for you, email info@threetimeslots.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Refunded licences stop working.
What ThreeTimeSlots does, and doesn't do
ThreeTimeSlots suggests free times based on what Microsoft reports from your calendar and the preferences you set. It does not book or hold those times. Please check the suggestions before you send an email. We can't guarantee that every suggested time is free, for example if your calendar changes after you insert the times or another calendar isn't connected to Outlook.
Availability and changes
ThreeTimeSlots relies on Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 services we don't control. If Microsoft changes or withdraws something ThreeTimeSlots depends on, some or all features may stop working. We may update the add-in and these terms; we'll post changes on this page.
No warranty and limited liability
ThreeTimeSlots is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and our total liability to you for anything relating to ThreeTimeSlots is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Trademarks
Microsoft and Outlook are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. ThreeTimeSlots is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
